Homestead Dogs

24 Sep

Recently, someone asked about the dogs I found dumped last Spring. Here are a few pictures of them. It is hard to get them to be still long enough to get a good picture. The first two are of Jethro.

These next two are Wilma.

The Vet estimates they are 9-10 months old and they are still growing. A month ago Jethro weighed 70 pounds and Wilma weighed 50 pounds and I can tell they have bulked up a good bit since then. We walked them on the leashes just for practice in case they ever needed to be leashed, such as when we go to the Vet. Otherwise they walk along with us just as calmly as you please. They are really good dogs so far, I hope they don’t turn out to be chicken killers or have some other nasty habits I haven’t discovered yet.

Those are some serious animals. Appeal for Holy assistance.
