Andy Griffith died today at the age of 86. A true television icon, he will be missed. A sad day for all of us fans, and all of us who long for a return to simpler times.

    amen. he was a good acctor and i think he was a very sincere man. i wish that he had not done those obamacare and aarp commercials though.

      Yes, I’ll bet he really didn’t know how bad the AARP has become.

    He was a wonderful actor and a very sweet man. We were talking about his 1958 movie, “No Time For Sergeants” today. Think I might watch it again to remember him by. RIP Andy.
