Fishing Hole

31 May

One of the fields I check near the Mississippi River has a nice fishing hole on it.

From the field you can look through the trees and see this one little spot of water. But if you step through the gap you can see these views.

I really enjoy fishing, but now-a-days I just don’t have the time. This looks like a really quiet secluded spot to spend a few hours catching a few fish and contemplating the meaning of life. Oh well, maybe someday I’ll have more time to do some fishing.

dont wait for someday…make a plan and do it. if you keep putting it off it will never be done or enjoyed. i love fishing too and usually dont have time but i have found a blackberry patch not far from a well stocked fish pond..so anyways, when i grab the berry bucket i also grab a fishing pole..picking berries is hot work and i can take a break to cool off my feet and put a hook in the water for a bit. lol, i guess i could call it multi tasking.

That’s one plan that will have to wait. Between working 70 hours a week at my job and trying to keep work progressing on the homestead, leisure time will be very limited.
